Getting Started

What is Rollcalls?

Rollcalls connects expert traders with followers through clear trade alerts and tracking tools. We focus on transparency, manual execution, and keeping everyone in sync while maintaining full control of your own trading.

Who should use Rollcalls?

Traders who want to share their expertise (Experts) or learn from experienced traders (Followers). You must be 18+ and comfortable executing your own trades in your brokerage account.

What roles are available?

Two core roles: Follower (receive trade alerts from experts) and Expert (share trade recommendations). Each role has a dedicated dashboard and specific capabilities.

How do I get started?

Sign up with Google, choose your role (Follower or Expert), set up your portfolio size, and you're ready. Followers can browse experts, while Experts can start posting trade recommendations immediately.

Trading & Execution

Do you execute trades for me?

No. All trades are executed manually in your own brokerage account. Rollcalls provides alerts and tracking tools only. You maintain full control of your trading decisions and executions.

How do I track trades?

When an expert posts a trade, you get notified. After executing in your broker, record your actual price and size in Rollcalls. Your dashboard tracks P&L and notifies you about closes and rolls.

How do experts post trades?

Experts use a simple form to post recommendations with key details (symbol, strategy, strike, expiration, allocation percentage). Followers are notified instantly and can track positions.

What if I miss a trade alert?

All expert recommendations are saved in your dashboard. You can review and decide to follow trades at any time, though prices may have changed since the original alert.

Can I partially follow a trade?

Yes. You can adjust the quantity to match your risk tolerance and portfolio size. The system tracks your actual execution separately from the expert's recommendation.

What happens when an expert closes?

You receive a notification but trades don't auto-close. You decide when and how to exit your position. Follower positions are independent of expert positions.

Is this investment advice?

What data do you store?

We store account details, trade alerts, and your self-reported executions to power your dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is my brokerage account linked?

No. We never access or connect to your brokerage account. All trade data is self-reported. You manually enter your execution details after placing trades.

How do you verify experts?

Experts go through an approval process. We review trading experience and require clear, educational content. However, past performance doesn't guarantee future results.

Account & Billing

Is Rollcalls free to use?

During our beta period, Rollcalls is free for all users. We'll announce pricing details well in advance of any changes, and early users will receive special consideration.

Can I change my role?

Followers can request an upgrade to Expert from account settings (subject to approval). Experts cannot downgrade to Follower to maintain platform integrity.

How do I delete my account?

Contact support at hello@rollcalls.com to request account deletion. We'll process your request according to our privacy policy.

Can I have multiple portfolios?

Yes. You can create multiple portfolios to track different strategies or account sizes. Each portfolio tracks its own trades and performance independently.

Platform Features

How do notifications work?

You receive in-app and email notifications for new trades, closes, rolls, and important updates. Configure your preferences in account settings.

What is portfolio allocation?

Experts recommend a percentage of portfolio to allocate to each trade. The system calculates your recommended quantity based on your portfolio size.

Can I export my trade history?

Yes. Both experts and followers can export their trade history as CSV files for record-keeping, tax preparation, or analysis in external tools.

Do you support options trading?

Yes. We support both equity and options trading, including complex strategies. The platform handles calls, puts, spreads, and multi-leg positions.
