Privacy policy

What we keep

• Your name, email and profile picture from Google, when you sign in.
• What you add: your positions, trades, screenshots and statements, pasted text, messages, and the words from voice notes. For voice notes we keep the words, not the recording.
• For experts: the recommendations, weekly notes and approach you write.
• If you connect Claude or another AI app: a record of that connection, so you can revoke it.

Who sees it

• You.
• The experts you choose to share your book with. They see your name and email, what you hold and your log.
• The services that run Rollcalls: Vercel (hosting, file storage, AI Gateway), Neon (database) and Google (sign-in). Screenshots, text and voice notes are sent through Vercel’s AI Gateway to Anthropic and OpenAI to read them, write plain versions and turn speech into words. They process it for us, not for their own use.
• If you use Rollcalls inside Claude or another AI app, what you share there is also handled under that app’s policy.

We don’t sell your data, show ads, or connect to your broker.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. A few short-lived ones carry your choices through Google sign-in (sign up as an expert, an invite link, that you agreed to these terms). We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.

How long, and deleting it

We keep your data while your account is open. To get a copy, or to delete your account and everything in it, email hello@rollcalls.app. Stopping sharing with an expert removes their access right away.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll ask you to agree again when you sign in.
