RollCalls offers monthly ($20/month) and annual ($200/year) subscription plans. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.
Free trial periods, when offered, provide full access to the service. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
RollCalls integrates with third-party services to provide our features. By using RollCalls, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these services:
• Plaid – Secure, read-only brokerage connections
• Stripe – Payment processing
• Google – Authentication (Google Sign-In)
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of manually entered trade data. You agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and our policies.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies, is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display and distribute it through our platform to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RollCalls is not liable for lost profits, trading losses, or any consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the service. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for other legitimate reasons.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RollCalls operates.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms continue in full effect.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RollCalls, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Informal Resolution: Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at hello@rollcalls.app to attempt to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
